Welcome to Livin The Dream Equine Center, we are so glad you found us!

First, let us tell you our story!

It all started in 2011 when Jay and I decided to breed my favorite mare, Sweetie, from the Two Eyed Jack bloodline, whose bloodline carries on in several of our mares, and many of our foals. Two Eyed Jack was inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame in 1996. Foaled in 1961, and was by Two Eyed Jack out of Triangle Tookie by Grey Badger III. As a yearling, Two Eyed Jack was undefeated at halter throughout the Midwest, winning all 13 of his classes and taking seven grand champion titles. He won seven more grands as a 2-year-old, taking 16 of the 17 halter classes in which he was entered. On top of that, he earned four western pleasure points. In 1964, Two Eyed Jack wrapped up an AQHA Champion title and Superior honors in halter, in addition to earning points in western pleasure. Two Eyed Jack sired 1,416 horses, which accounted for 17,029 points in AQHA showing. Of them, 14 became AQHA World Champions, while seven became AJQHA World Champions. He sired the very first AQHA Superhorse, Vickie Lee Pine, and nearly 100 of his foals placed at the AQHA World Championship Show. Twenty-five became open high-point winners, while 55 were reserve high-point horses; eight were youth high-point winners and 29 finished reserve in those ranks. They account for 242 open Registers of Merit, 66 youth ROMs and six amateur ROMs. Sixty-nine became Superior performance horses. But perhaps the most staggering number is 119 – the number of open AQHA Champions sired by Two Eyed Jack. Two Eyed Jack was put down due to old age May 2nd, 1991.

When we started with Sweetie, we had no idea then, that from that moment, there would be years spent developing and refining where we are today. Many wonderful horses have become a part of our family, and a few of them over the years, including the mare that started it all, would break our hearts as they passed away. Every horse that has ever walked the ground at Livin The Dream Equine Center has blessed us, been part of our family, and we have loved them each and every one with a dedication to their health and welfare over business transaction. Yes, that means we are extremely selective in where our foals end up. The care and love that is given to all of our broodmares, and our studs have been a blessing on us as much as those blessings have blessed our horses. We genuinely LOVE being honored with such a huge responsibility to bring forth such wonderful little foals into the industry.

During the course of our development stages on the business side, we have figured out coloration and outcomes to a science, which offers us the reliable ability to say with complete confidence what each pairing could potentially bring forth. Currently, we have Bully Sun Frost as our sire, which you can read more about him on his dedicated page. Bully is the son of PC Ruby's SUn Frosty, your can find more information and the blood lines on AQHA
https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/bully+sun+frost, a grandson foal of Sun Frost, inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame in 2022. You can read more about him also on the AQHA data sheet and history at, https://www.aqha.com/-/sun-frost.

We LOVE every minute we are blessed to continue and strive to produce top quality horses with tons of potential. We are greatly honored to be able to offer many different potentials, some with historic Poco Beuno bloodlines. The "Poco Bueno bloodline" refers to the influential American Quarter Horse bloodline of Poco Bueno, a brown stallion foaled in 1944. Known for his exceptional athleticism, intelligence, and conformation, Poco Bueno excelled in halter and performance events and produced many offspring who became AQHA Champions. While he passed away in 1969, his legacy continues through his descendants. The Poco Beuno bloodline is a foundational American Quarterhorse Bloodline, recognized for producing outstanding cutting, and reigning horses. Poco Bueno himself was an influential stallion. His intelligence, gentle nature lives on in each foals born. Truly an exceptional bloodline, including decendants like the NCHA Hall of Fame inductees Poco Mona, Poco Stampede, and Poco Lena.

It's our commitment to the industry, our horses, and to ourselves, to provide the best of the best! Whether you're looking for a roping horse, cattle horse, barrel runner, or a best friend, Bully babies are some of the most level-headed foals with amazing attitudes. Intelligence, ease of working, quick conformations, and just overall great potential. Look for the videos, and photos on our dedicated foal page that will show how amazing our babies truly are.

We continue to be filled with gratitude, and a deep "thank you", for those who have supported us through the years, for those who continue to stand by us as partners and friends, and welcome new relationships for a long-lasting tribute to the wonderful foals that leave here every year. We have made some amazing friends along the way, and we are looking forward to you being on too!
